Not fit for purpose. Do not buy.

I bought a suitcase and the wheel snapped off after 6 uses. I emailed Customer Service who tried to blame everyone and thing aside from the bad quality and craftmanship of their product and refused to replace or repair the case - unless I paid 160 euros for the latter. I did not expect to invest in what I deemed to be a good quality product and trusted brand to be treated in such a way. If you are considering investing in durable and long-lasting luggage, I recommend you look elsewhere.

BRIC'S Does not back up their Warranty

Bric's does not back-up there warranty, I was told by their own repair centers that it is almost impossible to get any luggage covered. My suitcase plastic support on the bottom totally gave out and they say it is not a defect. I have never had that happen to any of my other luggage, obviously a defect in the material used. As you can see by the pics It is in perfect condition inside and out, no abuse. I cant imagine what they consider a defect. I could understand if it was torn, crushed etc. This is a piece of luggage and if the frame cant support the bag, definitely the wrong material.

Low quality - not honouring warranty

I bought a Bric's suitcase. After less than three months, the lock suddenly breaks.

Bric's customer service refuses to offer a repair, stating that "causes can be one or more that are not cover as deterioration due to use, damage caused to the product due to negligence, accidents" (sic).

None of this happened, and Bric's is not interested in
hearing the customer's version or finding a solution. This is despite, the EU's warranty rules which are very clear.

I am truly shocked to be refused the legal minimum from the company.

BRICS DOES NOT HONOUR ITS WARRANTY - ***** BEWARE ***

I had bought a BRICS trolley bag from an authorised store in Singapore in 2019. It is in immaculate condition, used sparingly. The handle (probably made our of PU), cracked - clearly defective.
Although the product carries 5 yr warranty the BRICS cust care team simply refuses to accept the defect and would like me to pay Euro 47 for a replacement handle. Even after sharing detailed images of the full bag and explaining the defect, they are JUST NOT BOTHERED.

Terrible experience - good bag - but pathetic customer care - BE CAREFUL.

Poor quality suitcases and zero customer service

Purchased a Brics suitcase in August 2021. After just two trips the handle became stuck, despite no visible external damage.

I tried to resolve this with their after sales team, however, they claimed I must have damaged it and refused to fix it under warranty, suggesting instead I get it repaired at my own expense. This is despite having a lengthy conversation over WhatsApp and sharing videos and photos as way of evidence.

Appalling service. You only have to look at their Facebook page to see that this is typical.

In the end I took apart the handle and fixed it myself, finding that something had come loose internally. I.e. not damaged, just cheap build quality.

My advice would be to avoid this brand, particularly if you're UK based because there's no easy recourse when dealing with this Italian company.
